What is The Leverage Your Knowledge Method™?
The Leverage Your Knowledge Method™ is the signature business-building methodology developed under Peacor Business Consultancy.
It provides a practical framework for identifying and evaluating your expertise, finding viable business opportunities, developing your offer, positioning your business, launching into the market and creating the systems needed for sustainable growth.
It forms the foundation of all the Launch™ Programmes, tools and resources.
Who are the programmes designed for?
The programmes are primarily designed for professionals, experts, freelancers and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build a business around their existing skills, expertise or professional experience.
They may be particularly suitable if you are:

You do not necessarily need previous business experience.
Do I need to have a business idea before joining?

Will I have a completed business after 12 weeks?

Progress comes from applying what you learn.
Can I access the programme from outside the UK?
Yes.
As our programmes and resources are primarily delivered online, they can generally be accessed internationally.

Are the resources only available to programme participants?
No.

This is particularly useful if you don’t require a complete programme but need help with a specific part of your business.

Can I modify the templates for my own business?
Resources intended for personal business use can generally be customised to suit your business.
However, purchasing a resource does not automatically provide permission to resell, redistribute, reproduce or commercially license the material.

Can organisations license your frameworks or resources?
Selected Peacor Business Consultancy frameworks, programmes and resources may be available for licensing to organisations, training providers or other approved partners.

What support will I receive during a programme?

Support arrangements will always be clearly explained before you enrol so that you know exactly what is included.
Can I ask questions if I get stuck?
Where participant implementation support is included within your programme, you will be given details of how and when questions can be submitted.
For issues outside the scope of programme support, additional strategic support may be recommended.
Will you build my business for me?
The programmes are designed to give you the strategy, framework, tools and guidance needed to build your business.
You remain responsible for implementing the work and making decisions relating to your business.
Where more hands-on support is required, separate implementation or support services may be available.
Can I work with you after completing a programme?
Yes.
Depending on your needs, you may choose to continue through strategic support, implementation support, additional programmes or business resources.
Our aim is to provide different levels of support as your business develops.
