The two programmes ConsultLaunch™ and The LYKM™ are designed to be simple and straightforward. Rather than asking you to book a discovery call, I use a short pre-assessment process to understand where you are in your professional, entrepreneurial or consultancy journey and make sure the programme is appropriate for what you want to achieve.
Here’s are the five steps:
Step 1 — Explore ConsultLaunch™ or The LYKM™
Start by exploring through the ConsultLaunch™ or The LYKM™ programme pages to understand about the programmes, what you’ll learn, what’s included and the outcomes you’ll be working towards over the 12 weeks.
If it sounds like the right programme for you, the next step is to complete the short pre-assessment questionnaire.
Step 2 — Complete the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire.
It takes approximately 5 minutes and gives you an opportunity to tell me about your professional background, your expertise, or the consultancy you want to build, your goals and where you currently need support.
There is no obligation to enrol by completing the assessment.
Step 3 — Receive Your Next Steps
I’ll personally review your pre-assessment and aim to respond within 48 hours. If ConsultLaunch™ or The LYKM™ appears to be the right fit, you’ll receive details of what to do next, together with a secure payment link to enrol.
If I need to understand something further before recommending the programme, I’ll invite you to a conversation first. And if I believe another route would be more appropriate, I’ll let you know.
Step 4 — Enrol & Access Your Programme
Once your enrolment and payment are complete, you’ll receive the information you need to access ConsultLaunch™ or The LYKM™ and begin your 12-week journey.
You’ll be able to access the programme materials, practical tools and implementation resources provided as part of your chosen programme option.
Step 5 — Access Implementation Support
If you’ve chosen a ConsultLaunch™ or The LYKM™ programme and you wish to include strategy and implementation support option, you’ll also receive separate details explaining how that support works and how to access it.
This means you’ll know from the outset what support is available, how to use it and what to expect during your programme.
