Recently, I asked entrepreneurs and professionals from my community a powerful question:
“If you could eliminate ONE of these from your business forever or bring in extra support… which would it be?”
1️⃣ Admin overload
2️⃣ Content creation stress
3️⃣ Sales calls burnout
4️⃣ Tech headaches
The results were insightful and surprisingly consistent. The top pain points that emerged? Tech headaches and Admin overload
🚫 Tech Headaches
Tech issues may not seem like the biggest problem at first glance, but they often create the most friction. From broken automations to confusing platforms, tech problems quietly eat away at our time, focus and confidence. It’s no wonder so many entrepreneurs and small business owners chose this as their #1 frustration.
When your systems aren’t aligned or you’re constantly troubleshooting, it stops you from doing what you actually started your business for. It kills momentum.
📋 Admin Overload
Admin work can feel like a never-ending loop — emails, invoices, onboarding, scheduling, follow-ups… the list goes on. It’s the kind of work that’s essential but rarely energising.
Many entrepreneurs and professionals within my community shared that admin tasks make it hard to stay in their zone of genius. You know delegation would help, but finding the right support or letting go of control can be hard. This is a pain point worth addressing because the cost of not doing so is creative burnout and stagnation.
💬 My Pick? Sales Calls Burnout (3️⃣)
While I truly value the opportunity to connect with potential clients, I chose Sales calls burnout as my personal vote.
Why? Because constantly needing to be “on,” persuasive and emotionally available can be draining. Especially when calls are back-to-back or inconsistent in quality.
At a certain point, the traditional discovery call model starts to feel like a bottleneck. I’m shifting toward creating more scalable, values-aligned ways to connect — using a pre-assessment strategy that eliminates discovery calls completely, and through warm content, storytelling and packaged offers that invite people to say “yes” without the pressure.
The Big Takeaway
We all have different pressure points in business and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. But if the majority of entrepreneurs and business owners are struggling with tech and admin, while others feel drained by visibility or sales pressure, then one thing is clear: Support isn’t a luxury. It’s a strategy and solution.
Eliminating your biggest drain isn’t about weakness — it’s about getting honest about what’s holding you back from growth, flow and impact.
So here’s the real question: What’s your one thing to eliminate or outsource… and what could open up for you if you did?
